Sleepy branches wake from winter and reach skyward into the new season, glowing with promise and vibrant newness. The delicate hues of spring blossom fill the palate, giving busy pollinators a herculean task that belies their diminutive size. As soon as the florals bloom, they are collected and displayed, ready to adorn homes for the Easter festival. Spot the Easter bunny, and a hen brooding over her chocolate egg basket. Bejewelled bugs and flying frogs dance around the delicate canopy; their bounteous home shared with sky-blue birds and giant winged grasshoppers.
