The story behind the artwork

The East print of a pair of circular London maps, based on Kristjana's work in The Shard 2015. In Kristjana's unique way the map comes alive with fun historical facts, the city's buildings and fantastical animals.

Growing up in Iceland, where there are very few tall buildings, the impact the London skyline had on Kristjana was massive. She is truly inspired by this great city, and working on London themed artwork is a passion of hers.
